Never again

Unfortunately I was expecting the basic necessities of overnight accomodations to be functioning when I paid over $70 a night for somewhere to sleep and use the restroom. The front desk staff was nice enough, but that did not make up for the rest of it. The tub in our room didn't drain- so we ended up showering in several inches of dirty water, the toilet barely flushed, the light over the vanity/sink didn't work, the iron was broken, our "non smoking" room smelled very strongly of smoke, and to top it off the wireless internet was down. We were in town for a wedding- needing basic things like an iron and lighted vanity, and I had work that needed to be done over the weekend (requiring the internet). These are things that can be controlled for- not like whether or not the bed is too hard. I made the front desk aware of the problems and they took my number and said the manager would contact me. I also took the liberty to call the general manager myself and still have not heard back... needless to say we were highly disappointed and will not return again.
