Comfort Inn, Matteson

dislikes- hot tub was cold, and pool was freezing cold. I would like to come back, but I would like the hot tub to be as it should be hot. the reason I wanted to come here is for the hot tub. I called before making reservation and asked if the hot tub was working they said yes,now that is not good to lie to your cotumers.

This hotel was not worth the money that we paid for. we check in and check out the same day it was not what i was expecting as a paying cumstomer from out of town.

At first I read the review and I read that it was a bad hotel. I said that may not be true so I called and a lady by the name of Betty answered the phone and she was very rude. I said I was calling to see if you had.... I was then cut off with her saying I don't have any rooms for tonight. I then said I was inquiring about July 20th. she then said nope, don't have nothing then either. Tell me about poor customer service. She then hung the phone in my face. Just making a phone call like this would scare me from ever going to the hotel. The service could be worst.
