Great Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/13/08
Newly remodeled, whoever the interior decorator was...great job (the shower was to die for)! We had the Italian buffet on Thursday night and also breakfast buffet...both were top notch! Staff is fantastic...if you have the opportunity to stay here give it a try! Only complaint would be room size (ours was a little small) and cost..weekday was reasonable but during fooball season cost almost triples on a gameday weekend.

BE CAREFUL!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/24/08
Nice Hotel. Personal at the front desk very nice and polite. Cuisine excellent especially the buffet. BUT BE CAREFUL !!! I LEFT AN EXPENSIVE PAIR OF SHOES ($350) IN ROOM 549 WHEN I CAME BACK A FEW HOURS LATER MY SHOES WERE ALREADY DISAPEARED, COULD NOT BE FOUND. I AM STILL FRUSTRATED.

We really enjoyed everthing there. The area was great. The hotel staff were so helpful and very professional. The lobby area is so relaxing, that we had coffee with friends there.

The atmosphere was nice. It is a really nice place to stay. Late night walks in the courtyard are quite romantic. The nice furniture make you feel at home.

Nice Hotel - HORRIBLE SERVICE
By Melanie, 6/14/07
The hotel was very pretty and nice. However, I left a set of clothes hanging in the closet and I called the next day. The said they had a one item and not the other. They were hanging on the same hanger. I didn't understand how that happened. The manager pretty much called me a liar and told me "Oh, well"....after it took SIX days of multiple calls just to get him to talk to me. I will not be returning to that hotel simply because - whenit comes down to it...they don't really care about their guests.

Great Place to stay in Auburn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/26/07
Its always a pleasure to stay here when we come to Auburn. You are right across from campus, a block from shopping and Toomer's Corner. In addition, the food is excellent.

Very nice!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/3/06
Visited with a conference. Fabulous location right in the heart of Auburn University (very cool land grant college if you have never been!). Very pleasant staff; very attentive to any need and resolve problems promptly. Believe most of staff are students in Hotel and restaurant management program @ AU. Super comfy beds. Great rates for the quality of service and nice surrounds. Pool left a little to be desired but hey, it's Alabama not Miami!

AL-Anon Convention
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/1/06
All the staff from the Front Desk to the cleaning ladies to the wait staff and chef in the resturant were always with a smile and ready to assit me. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice to have the extra pillow without having to ask.

I would not recommend this hotel.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/20/05
The hotel room had a bug in the bathroom. A member of the hotel staff came to the room and sprayed RAID throughout the room. Luckily, I was at the hotel for a family renuion so I was able to stay with a family member that particular night. When I returned to the room the following morning, it still had the strong smell of RAID. I checked out that morning. I did not get a refund for the room for that particular night (I didn't expect it). But unfortunately, the hotel manager was too busy to come see me and apologize. One of the members at the front desk did apologize, but I felt that I was not good enough for an apology from the manager. He/She stayed in the back office. The other rooms did not appear clean, as well. The staff was friendly and the lobby of the hotel was nice.
