I liked very much excellent location, food and massage at Tai Zen Spa. I didn't like obvious unwillingness of the reception to check electronic lock of my door - my key card wouldn't work every other day, so it had to be changed 7 times and inspite of my suggestion to check the lock they kept advising me not to carry my cell phone in my bag (which is absurd). I didn't like that electronic safe in room was to be paid - I had just the same type in Portugal free of charge, especially keeping in mind rather high price of staying in this hotel.
