Horrible customer service, terrible experience
Things started going wrong even before we arrived there. They charged our credit card twice and when I called they started blaming me for that. Finally they recognized the mistake and they said they would refund the money, bu they never did. I kept asking for a receipt, I never got one. I had to file a claim at my bank, and my bank refunded me the money. I have never had such a bad experience in a hotel. They are completely insensitive about their mistakes, they don't care about it and they don't care if you are not enjoying your stay. Besides this, their TVs are old tube TVs and you will have to pay for each movie you see, even if the movie is old (there are no free movies at all). Also, theere are no irons in the room and they make you pay 22 euros/day for the internet (this is how much I pay for internet at home for 1 month).
