Laguna Reef Hotel Suites, Rockport

Laguna Reef is a great place to stay in Rockport. My family has used it for our reunions and the amenities there make it a great time. Besides the use of their function room for our reunion and dining, the hotel features a pool, a volleyball court, a picnic area, a horseshoe pit and a thousand foot pier out into the bay. The views fom the room balconies on the bay side were incredible and the sunset over the bay was amazing. At night you can fish right off the pier. The rooms are great, there are the standard king bed with small fridge but they also have a number of two bedroom suites that are quite resonable and feature a full kitchen and a fold out couch. Also available is a master suite with more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Again the rates are quite reasonable if you need this much space and are sharing the bill. I wouls suggest getting a balcony room on the bay side as the view is great and sittingon the balcony after a day of sightseeing or travelling is very relaxing. The rates are seasonal so it makes a differnece when you go but the times my family and I have stayed there have been great.
