Hampton Inn Philadelphia NE Bensalem, Bensalem

it is a nice hotel but there was so much noise they had a party the party ended about 4:00 am i call front desk and told then about the noise but not thing was done about it couldn't sleep can't believe that they aloud it wouldn't go back

I stayed in this hotel for 2 wks while on a business trip. It had everything i needed away from home. It is clean and comfortable. The suites are great with a very comfortable bed, small sized fridge, resonable closet and drawer space, a desk,tvs with basic cable, sitting room, and nice sized bathroom. The most conveint feature is the free high speed wireless interent. It was problem free! The continental breakfast is in the small lounge in the lobby. It didnt have the widest variety of hot food but was clean and conveient. The bartender in the lounge is very friendly and even served a little later then was supposed to. It would have been a little better if there were dvd players in the upgraded rooms and if the pool was not outside, as there is nothing to do near the hotel. Franklin Mills mall is 5 min away with a theatre and some resturants, but you have to travel 25 minutes to center city philadelphia to do any activties such as nitelife. The staff was always friendly and quickly approached any kind of problems(my key didnt work on my last nite there). The security may have been alot better tho. A man was lurking in my hall near my door in the middle of the nite and someone opened a coworker of mine's door at 4 in the morning.The noise level is high in the morning, but that is to be expected. The housekeeping is to be trusted and are efficeint.All in all, they try their best to accomedate anyone from a single travler like myself, families, or even large tourist groups.
