Regency Inn & Suites, Hastings, Hastings

To begin with I had to step over a broken bottle of Vodka on the outside entry. Wouldn't have gone in except I had a reservation. Explained to hotel clerk/Manager that I could not stay in a room that had pets, she said no pets ever stay there (pets welcome on door sign though). Changed room twice because of pet oder, plus rooms were NOT very clean, very dingy and smelled bad. Decided not to say within 15 minutes but she would not refund my money. Emailed a complaint twice but never received any response. She also was not very friendly nor helpful. Outside of Hotel looked like it hadn't been taken care of much either. Learn my lesson not to believe online pictures when booking a room.

First of all I would like to say that this hotel is my favorite hotel in Hastings. Its clean, always smells nice, owners are always there and very helpful, rooms are much better then other hotels in town and the rate is very good. This used to be a Super 8, and I stayed at this hotel many times while it was a Super 8 but now the owners have changed this to a Regency Inn & Suites, which is even better then it was before.

Easy to find: All of the hotels in town are either too expensive or not so great. This hotel had very nice rooms, it was clean, smelled good, and the rate was so reasonable I decided to book another night. Although it did not have a pool like the AmericInn and the Country Inn this hotel offered everything they did and a much more personal service. I will stay at this hotel every time i come to Hastings, and i recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a reasonable rate, no pool, and everything a franchise hotel offers for a cheaper rate.

The hotel looked nice from the outside and the front desk was fairly helpful. The price for the rooms was a bargain. I paid 49$ for a 65$ room when i booked it on the hotel website. Rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable. Although the hotel hallways were kind of dark especially at night this hotel overall was a great stay and i would recommend staying at this hotel.
