Overcharges and horrible service by management
I stayed here on the way home from a vacation because the hotel allowed pets. I was overcharged on the pet fee after I left and when I tried to get the issue resolved, had to deal with the most unprofessional, rude, and belligerent manager I have ever encountered. She refused to listen, cut me off in mid-sentence, and lied when I filed a report with the BBB. I found out she has done this to other guests as well, forcing them to jump through hoops to get a refund. I was also told by the manager that they do not clean the bedspread/coverlet after each guest. The desk clerks were helpful and courteous when I checked in and out and the room was okay. I won't be staying at this hotel again knowing that they don't clean EVERYTHING between guests.

Walls Are Paper Thin
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/09
We thought we would stay here as they allowed dogs for an extra charge. The problem we encountered are the walls seem like they are paper thin. We could hear people flushing toilets, a couple above us having an argument, doors slamming, a child cry and screaming, someone elses unruly dog barking, and the front desk phone ringing, as we were on the first floor. Needless to say that this was the worst stay that I have ever experienced in a hotel. I try not to give poor reviews, but we will never stay at this hotel again. I may have had about 2 hours worth of sleep with all the noise that seem to just bleed right through the walls. I would look elsewhere if you want a good night sleep.

NOT A GOOD ONE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/19/08
WE HAD CONFERMED RESERVACTIONS FOR A NONSMOKING ROOM WITH A JACUZZI KING SIZE BED. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE RECEPTIONEST SAID OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE TILL THE NEXT DAY AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE ONLY ROOM THEY HAD LEFT. THIS WAS A SMOKING ROOM WHICH STUNK OF SMOKE THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE ROOM. THE ROOM WAS IN DISREPAIR AND NOT NICE AT ALL. THE FOLLOWING DAY WE HAD TO PACK UP EVERYTHING AND MOVE TO OUR ORIGINAL ROOM. THE NEW ROOM WAS MUCH NICER EVEN THE BEDDING WAS DIFFERENT WHICH I CAN'T UNDERSTAND. WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK OUT WE RECEIVED NO DISCOUNT FOR PUTTING UP WITH A STINKY SMELLY ROOM FOR THE FIRST NIGHT AND NOT AN APPOLIGY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. WE ENJOYED THE LOCATION AND THE SECOND ROOM BUT I DON'T THINK WE WOULD RECOMENND THIS HOTEL.

This hotel welcome pets!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/30/06
Over the past five years we have loved the fact that this hotel welcomes pets. We happily pay the extra fee (not much - I think it's only $10.00 per night) so that our sweet dog can sleep on the floor next to the bed instead of in the car. A really nice thing to offer guests.

quaint and quiet
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/05
location was wonderful though price was a bit high. Came during a car show so price fluctuation is understandable. Fopund hotel to be a nice quiet and comfortable place to stay.
