Quality Inn Terrace Club, Kentwood

The staff is very efficient and attempt to go out of their way to assist and please clients. The place is clean and the breakfests are great. Our stay went so smooth I was waiting for something to go wrong, and it never did!

this place was a long way down 28th st but not too bad its close to grand rapids and many places to eat. the service was good the room was clean but this place is in dire need of a make over. the rooms are hideous and the beds... well those need replacing too. our bed was broken and it was uncomfortable on the side of it that was fine. the rooms are dark and overlooked a plot of dead grass dirt and shrubery. didnt get the room receipt til the next day to find out they gave us the wrong room... no wonder why they only charged 80 for the room... if i go back to michigan... definitly looking elsewhere but for the one night stay. it worked out fine.

I've stayed at the Terrace Club Inn three years in a row and would recommend it highly. Deserves more stars than hotel rating system gives it. Not only is it affordable, the breakfast buffet is a very nice bonus - great variety of food, (not the normal continental breakfast) - well prepared. The hotel assigns dining times at check in to ensure all guests have plenty to eat and adequate seating in the sunny breakfast room. Great location for a visit to the Frederik Meijer Gardens.
