We are a small family operated business and provide our guests with friendly, personal service. Our company started back in 1988 with just one 3 bedroom pool home. Since then, we added several 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, which accommodate between 8 to 12 people each, to meet the demand for our repeat customers and referrals. We are members of the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce, the CFPMA and the Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau. All of our homes are kept in excellent condition and very clean. We are centrally located to all of the area attractions, shopping and restaurants! As a standard feature, all of the homes have their own heated, screen enclosed swimming pool and most backyards back up to lakes, wooded areas or they are completely privacy fenced in. Some homes have spas attached to the pool.Our nightly rates exclude the sales-/resort taxes. We do charge a one time cleaning fee per stay in the amount of $60.00 for a 3 bedroom home, $70.00 for a 4 bedroom home and $80.00 for a 5 bedroom home!
