Motel 6 Waukegan, Waukegan

The girl that checked us in was great and no complaints there. It ended there. We were booked for 3 nights--all three of which were terribly noisy--walls are paper thin. We were not given ay bath towels after the first night--had to request them. No bath mat after the first night--just did without the next 2 days. Coffee pot was hot washed out. No alarm clock. No refrigerator--no microwavwe. The third night the 2nd or 3rd room down (not sure which) partied most of the night with loud rap music playing, plus the TV -- and they got louder as the night went on--to the point we could understand all the foul language in use! My husband called the front desk about 11 p.m requesting something be done--but nothing was done--and it continued on for several hours. The carpet at the entrance at the back door was filthy. Someone's earing was on our tray holding the coffee pot--all the time we were there! Lighting was terrible in the room. Bathroom was terrible hot--don't think the exhaust fan worked--even though we could hear it run. We stayed at one of these same motels the night before in Wisc.--room was nice, but advertised price was false--ended up paying about $20 more than advertised.
