BEWARE NTC Guests! or is it Victims..
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/09
Be Very Very Careful when making reservations at this hotel. They have no reservations to quoting cheaper prices over the phone than what they will actually charge. I STRONGLY encourage anyone forced to make a reservation here to get a written/signed copy of the quote. Otherwise you may be charged twice the rate. The Management has Zero desire to resolve conflicts. It is a filthy shame that this hotel has the oppurtunity to take advantage of the families of NTC Graduates. NTC should take appropriate action to disuade graduate guests from staying in this hotel. The only positive is the location is close to the NTC, which is unfortunate because it gives this hotel a premium oppurtunity to take advantage of Recruit Graduate's Families. I can also confirm a previous review about the room condition and general filth. That is an accurate depiction of the current hotel conditions.

new place new staff
By mr. picky, 05/17/09
Well this hotel was great, they have new management and a total renovation done. Wow the rooms were great. triple A was there inspecting and I over heard the inspector from triple A even say "this is an exceptional clean hotel", and the staff was so friendly. This is my hotel whenever i am in the chicago milwaukee area!

This was a mixed experience for my family!
By w., 02/08/08
I liked the fact that the rooms had been remodeled, however the flat screen was not properly wired so the television fizzed, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was trash from the previous people. They also tried to charge my credit card twice! On the morning we went down to breakfast the man who was putting it out did not wear plastic gloves he just put his dirty hands on the food! I do have to say though there was a front desk attendant named Gaby, she was the best at trying to make our stay as pleasant as she could!

Stay Away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/02/07
They overbooked and we ended up staying at one of the worst rooms i've ever stayed at. They were horrible. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

what a dump
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/05
they sent us to a room that was already occupied and then sent someone to our room when they checked in. found a open condom wrapper on the floor. Someone was shot in the area the second night we were there. If you are going to see family/friends graduate from navy boot camp stay somewhere else. The staff in lazy and un helpful. They should tear the place down.

Poor Business
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/21/05
We came up to watch are brother graduate from boot camp. So my wife reserved the rooms on here credit card just to hold the rooms until we got there and when we got there her dad paid cash for the rooms and he ask for a receipt and they said the computers where down and it would be taken care of when we checked out. So he said ok and when we left he gave us a receipt. and when my wife got here credit card statement they had charged her account too. So when she call them to tell them about it they said that they had nothing showing we paid cash for the rooms. so they told us we where out of luck and that we where double charged for the rooms if u ask me this is a poor place to stay unless u want to pay double for your rooms. and by the way the grease ball at the front desks name was james
