The Suite in which i stayed was clean and very spacious with everything i needed.. The cleaners were friendly and approachable... The best thing however was the reception great people..Ms Pat and the beautiful Melissa very helpful.. I will be back..

Loved the place for the price! Am a frequent vistor to the area and the Hotel has changed DRAMATICALLY under new management. Will look forward to the service the next time around.

My wife and I stayed at the Toccoa Inn and Suites for 2 nights and the place was fantastic. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I felt as if I was staying at a chain hotel for a fraction of the price! I will be back to stay there again.

I have stayed at the Toccoa Inn every year since 2001. I always enjoy the stay. It is quiet, clean, and the staff are always great. The staff, Ms. Pat, Doug, and Melissa, have all been there since my first visit. They are always helpful and smiling. That says a lot about a company to keep employees even during a change in ownership. I would recommend Toccoa Inn over any other in Toccoa.

Had a handfull of cockroaches coming form the drain. Scarred the wife enough that we found another hotel. Not recommended at all. Take your business elsewhere

The service was excellent and it was a quiet place in a beautiful area. Also it was close to everything I needed. Toccoa is a small town and I was more than pleasantly surprised. A great place to just get away.

This was is not the best choice in Toccoa although if it is I would recommend staying in another town. The rooms were: 1. Not clean 2, Bathtub did not drain and toilet was filthy and covered in urine at it's base. 3. Mattresses should have been replaced years ago i.e. old and lumpy 4. TV was inoperative (made a loud sizzling crackling sound when plugged in) This also looked like a fire hazard as there were multiple plugs from the microwave, floor lamp, refrigerator and TV all gang plugged into the same outlet. 5. Coffee maker's water reservoir was full of old coffee. was afraid to clean it and plug it in. 6. Peep hole in the door was knocked out and covered over with a Bandaid. 7. Breakfast consisted of small snack cakes, cereal, toast and coffee.

You'd think small towns in America wouldn't be too busy in the current economic cycle, but that's not true for Toccoa Inn and Suites. We stayed here on July 23rd and July 24th 2009, and they were fully booked - while most of the other hotels were pretty much empty. But the true test for customer service is how helpful they are under pressure. With a fully booked hotel, the great staff helped us get a roller bed for our children, gave good advice where to visit and eat, and in general were just friendly even when busy.

I was in Toccoa on business and was impressed by their rooms and their service. I checked in late, but they have a 24 hour desk clerk who was there to help me check in and find my room. Highly recommended!
