Absolutely loved it! Will stay here again! Very clean and comfortable beds; my children enjoyed the covered pool area! The area is not congested with alot of stores, traffic, etc.

Hotel was close to everything. We used it as our base to explore the area (including St. Augustine.) Breakfast had excellent choices but you did have to get there early but other resturants were close by.

Good value.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was in need of a new mattress and box spring, too soft. Pull out sofa was nice. A/c was working. Continental breakfast was better than most. Desk help was friendly and helpful. I enjoy staying at this facility when I travel to Jacksonville. It is close enough to venues, yet still out of the way.

Pleasant Stay

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was well done and offered a variety of options, including eggs and sausage. Our experience was good and would visit again.

Pet DISCRIMINATION!!!!!

The website is quite deceiving when it come to your four leg family member. If you want a King Bed, pets are not allowed in King rooms. Although we stayed twice before with our pet in a King room. When asked why can't we stay in a King room we were told their policy in Jacksonville FL allow no pets in King rooms. Yet the website states, "Pets are WELCOME" without discriminating what type of room you and your pet can reside in. And lots of people use the hotel as a HOME.

Don't Bother

This facility is not well kept what so ever.
You can tell as soon as you come in by the attitude of the rep behind the counter. Then half the elevetor lights are burnt out. Rooms are nasty..
