Poor service, ok rooms

Stayed at the hotel. Came in early at 11am, desk said they don't have early check in and had to wait till 3pm, that the carpet were being shampooed. A hour later called and the desk said I could check in anytime that the rooms were ready which I did. Carpets were dirty in the room. Next day a friend called the hotel to get ahold of me and no one answered the phone, just kept ringing about 2:30 in the afternoon. Got ahold of me on my cell, then I tried the front desk and got the same results. Later found out there was a murder at this motel on one of the rooms Sept 20th 2011. Rooms are ok, service needs lots of work.

Bad experience

Reservations were made ahead of time and when we reached there we were told there was no reservation even though we had the confirmation numbers. The room that we finally got had the toilet that was not working so we had to change room again. There were bugs in the room. Carpet was dirty. Took my pets and came home with fleas on them. Customer service was very poor. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast that they served. Other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms were ok, could have been cleaner. Staff was decent, not very friendly. Breakfast and happy hour were the highlight of the hotel. Location is good. You get what you pay for....

wi fi is nice. wish i could post photos of the filthy carpet. called for maid service two hours ago. still waiting for them to show up. at least it's not the oakland airport la quinta -- worst hotel ever.

The room was nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning was offered. We left a pillow in the room and called to retreive it and have not heard back from them.

front desk manager very rude!!!!

the manager of the fromt desk was very rude and not at all helpful i forgot her name but it was an older black women. i was shooked on how rude she was when i was staying for 5 nights and thats about $500.00 i will never go back to this hotel and how come its all girls working at the front desk they need a change how about having a man,because the girls dont know what there doing and every time there always on the phone talking and not paying any att. to the guest.one girl is still in mind i needed to know address i went to ask a question,she told me to hold while she talk on the phone about her hair,last time i stay at any la quinta

The most comfortable hotel

I liked that the hotel staff was very friendly when I first arrived to check in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was made feel very welcomed. I liked that the hotel was very clean, my room was nice and spacious and the best thing of all I loved that my bed had a pillow top mattress, all the other hotels I've stayed in the beds are always very hard and uncomfortable, this was the first time I woke up after staying at a hotel and actually felt rested. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return again.
