key and odor problems
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/24/07
We stayed 2 nights. The first night we were assigned to a room which was already occupied. We were embarrassed when a man came to the door. We had to go back to the office to get another room and key. The second night, our key would not work-and we had to go back to the office again to get the key re-programed.
The air conditioner had a urine smell.
The interstate noise was annoying.
This hotel is very run-down and poorly maintained. We have been Hampton Inn customers for 30 years, but this did not meet the Hampton Inn standards.
At check out we told the clerk about the problems we had, and were refunded for one night's stay, but this experience has made us concerned about future stays with Hampton Inn.
