Was a Loyal Hotel Equatorial Hotel customer

Stay here for 7 weeks last year and I still get treated like I stayed 1 day. With so many other hotels around now, I plan to check them out as the Equitorial Hotel use to be the only game in town. Hopefully they will start to recognize who their loyal customers are and reward them when they continue to stay at their hotel

bad hotel, stay away

i stayed there frm july 23-25, name George Finny, USA. very bad room, dirty carpet and stains, bad bed, and paid more than $100 ( us doller) a day i inform the reception, but no one care, did not do anything, eccono lodge room is better than this hotels room charging 5 star price for 1/2 star room, never recoment this hotel, stay away

Nice plae for relaxing

If you are looking for a place to run away form the city noise, the work, or wanted to enjoy a golf vacation, this is the right place. I liked the way that the hotel is structured. The lobby and the garden are really great. The hotel restaurants are clean and the food is great. A shuttle bus is provided to take you to the shopping malls and the city center. I guess that I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Hotel Equatorial

This is a hotel that is spectacular visually and has excellent service. The pluses are it's location in the hills give it wonderful views on the city side at night and incredible views on the hill side during the day. The food is very good though as you'd expect from a top drawer hotel a bit pricey. It's fairly close to shopping centers and hawker stalls but then so is everything else in the city. All in all, a stay in the Equatorial is well worth the expense.

Great Golf Vacation

My wife and I went on a golf vacation at Hotel Equaltoria. We reserved a superior room and the room is large, clean with great view of the ocean and the golf courses. The golf course is challenge with great view and the caddie made it fun. We'd love to go back to it again. The room rate with golf package is a great buy. Reserve it directly with the hotel.

Liked just about everything about the hotel, the different restaurants, the nightclub, the pool and spa services, etc. I was there on business and hopefully I will get to go back someday.

Beautiful Hotel

The Equatorial is beautiful. From the towering open air lobby to the picturesqe view from the restaraunt, the Equatorial Hotel is strikingly beautiful. We had an All Hands Meeting there. They supplied all the necessary equipment and materials. They even added wireless access to the meeting room quickly. Also the business center was well equipped with PC's, printers, and copiers. The rooms were nice, but I only stayed there 2 days. Great breakfast buffet. Food was excellent for lunch too. Only drwaback is it's pretty far from town, shopping, outside restaraunts, etc. However, they always have a lot of taxi's waiting. RM215 per night.

How could it be rated 5 stars

The room is old and smell sting, and with coffee sting on the carpet. They charge $59/per day for internet access is outrageous and riping people off. Based on my 15 travelling experience, this hotel could only be classified as 2 stars.

Really can't wait to go back!!

The Hotel is really nice, nice view, friendly people, nice everything,,not expensive at all..but the location is not so good for going out, shopping..etc It's more like for Honeymooners....Bottom line I really Like the place..
