yes i would like to go there the tolite is clean the food there is nice you should provide more breakfast if u ask me more i would not want to come again

I liked the friendly behaviour of the staff, they always assist you and advise you. The location of the hotel is great, it is in the middle of everything, but at the same time it is not noicy at all. The rooms in the executive wing are great. The only thing that I didn't like during my stay for 3 nights was that there is shower gel in the room, and when I asked they told me that I have to buy one from the 2 shops of the hotel ( the shops have not shower gels, only shampoos). There is a seven-eleven shop right outside the main lobby of the hotel.

When we first arrived last Dec, we were glad to see a very warm & sophiscated main lobby. We quickly settled down at the big comfy sofa while waiting for check-in. Everything was great from the spacious room to wonderful buffet B'fast. The children enjoyed both children & adult pools. Location is ideal as within walking distance to the beautiful beach & shopping. We simply love this hotel, is value for money & we had a most memorable vacation. Is greatly recommended. In fact, we had made our booking for this coming Dec holiday. We are looking forward to it.

For frequent business travellers who are used to the Westins, Conrads and Shangri-las of the world, you will be bitterly disappointed at the level of service, quality of the food and the overall hospitality of this establishment. At the end of the day, a Holiday Inn is still a Holiday Inn; so for just a few dollars more, I'd opt for Le Meridien or Twin Palms. However if you don't travel very often and you are headed for Holiday Inn for a long awaited getaway, then it probably is an ideal hotel for your stay - the location is superb, if you like Patong Beach, that is; the staff are pleasant enough and the Busakorn Wing pool is great. Look no further and lock it in. However whatever you do - stay away from Sea Breeze - the food served there is simply a disgrace. The seafood buffet was a joke - they tried to pass off frozen or rotten seafood as fresh, bugs as lobsters and gray shrimp as tiger prawns. It smelled all too fishy for me.

We found to many children where staying at the hotel, this is because children stayed in thier parents room free. and also if parents paid for a theme food night, children ate free. We paid a lot extra money to stay in the Busakon wing, as we were told that the pools in that wing was for Busakon Guests only. this is not the case ALL people in the complete Hotel can use the pools in this wing. Having been given a room on arrival, when we entered the room it stank of mildew and the floor in the enrance was wet through, next morning we found that the bed was wet through We asked for a change of rooms but staff were reluctant to change us to another room. We insisted and were later given one

I thing it was a little expensive despite it was good, (US$ 134), but I expected more. The room was very nice, a good and king size bed, marvelous pillows, good furniture, very good wooden decoration and a nice pool view; we stayed in Busakorn studio pool, I thought we were going to have a private pool but I was wrong, I asked for one of these rooms which they call villa rooms or sort of but were full, however we realized that these last don�t have privacy at all. The breakfast was good, fresh and diverse. We had dinner buffet two days in one of the restaurants and was delicious, a large variety, and the decoration was nice too, it cost 699 Bath plus taxes, which was around US$ 24 per person including one soft drink, so it�s a little expensive too, also because outside of the hotel you can find excellent restaurants much less expensive and delicious too. We also had a manicure and pedicure at Aspara Spa, but it was very unprofessional because my husband was attended by a lady that was no manicurist, she was therapist and didn�t even knew how to give a good massage in his feet, and the elements they had to work wasn�t good that we finished with pain in our fingers; prices: 600 Bath pedicure and 500 Bath manicure, plus taxes, so, it was around US$ 35 per each� The hotel doesn�t have a private beach, no one has, but you don�t need it, is better if you stay by the very nice and good pool or run away to karon or kata beach because patong has an awful beach, it�s dirty, full of sellers, umbrellas and the sea color is not as beautiful as in the others!!!. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. Service is excellent.

This hotel is marvelous! We stayed at the Busakorn Wing, and lucky enough to have a pool side room which we can access the pool directly from the balcony! The hotel has a number of pools of which the pool at Busakorn wing is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a bit of thai style. The bed were firm and yet very comfortable. They are top of the league in terms of services! The staffs were very friendly and we were given a complimentary fruit platter as a honeymooner! Besides, we could have our complimentary drinks at any restaurant of bars in the hotel. We had it in the Bar where there was life performance. The minibar is empty which allowed us to buy much cheaper beverages from its' minimart or minimart nearby. This is very welcoming as we won't be ripped off! The hotel is very strategically located, not too close to the red light district and yet it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The popular Patong beach is just 20 metres from the hotel. Not much on the downside, just that the hotel spa priced a bit too high. Other than this, this hotel is perfect!

WOW!! The holiday inn is a great place to stay,there is nothing one wants for, the staff were very friendly and just couldnt do enough for you. Our rooms were clean and fresh every day,and the breakfast buffet that was included in our price is fit for a king,(fresh fruit, salad, cold meats, ot meats, eggs wich ever way ou want,fish pasteries, breads, cereals, juices ou nmake it they had it) we filled up in the mornings and then didnt eat till 7 pm. I had a 3 hour massage treatment and they are to die for. You can live very cheaply in phuket even if you eat at the resort retaurants nightly, and if you have children that dont like to shop or sight see the staff at the childrens club are just fantastic they are very goo with the children and organise many games ect through out the day to occupy the littlies,they open at 9.00am close at 5.00pm for dinner and then reopen from 6-9pm and if you happen to want a nigh out they have babby sitters you can organise though the resort at a very cheap rate. My family and I LOVED the Holiday Inn so much that we are going back in 2008 with our Older children and their partners. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment

Third time at Busakorn for christmas and new year. Asked for top floor studio over looking large pool and got it.Everything just as we remembered last 2 years. Great big bed, made twice a day if required, clean, fresh fruit and a powerful walk-in shower. Staff walk around with a constant smile and speak fair english, always willing to help.The breakfast is very good and served until 10:30.We tried the surf and turf buffet this year( you get various vouchers for free cocktails and buy 1 get 1 buffet dinner free). At 699 baht it was terific value for money and the food was excellent. You wil definetely put weight on if you stay here!.Can't wait for xmas 2007.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, direct access to Patong and to the Beach. Lots of shops around and exchange office is just next door. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you at any time.
