Super 8 Motel - Danville, Danville

We had made reservations at this motel a month before we stayed there. I asked if they had any smoking rooms and was told they had both king and queen mini suites. Upon arrival we were given a queen room, when I complained to the girl at the desk who also happened to be the one I made my original reservation with she told me she there were no king smoking rooms available. The next morning when we checked out the manager was there and he told me some guys who were in town working at the power plant had checked into our room a few days before and there wasn't anything he could do about our room not being available when we check in. What good does it do to make a reservation in advance when they just give you any room when you get there? The rooms were clean, the TV had awful reception. Because of the fact they didn't honor our reservations we will NEVER stay there again.
