Super 8 Nashville Downtown Opryland Area, Nashville

I will definetly stay again. The staff was vey nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was filling. It's close to the interstate and I was concerned that it would be noisy, but it was fine!

We had a non-smoking room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. The washclothes were see-through. The recliner was very uncomfortable. We had no maid service the first day and I had to ask for towels and washclothes. Two of the three lamps were broken and one was very dirty--nasty looking. Finally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I awoke through out the night and were forced out of bed very early each morning due to the fact that we were in severe backpain from laying on the cheap and brokedown bed. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

The first day we got there we had to wait 3 hours before we could even get into our hotel room. The elevator was very rickety and smelled like smoke. We had a watch and souviners come up missing from our room. There dryer broke on the second day we were there unable to get towels. The maid service was something to be desired. The rooms were not very clean and the bed tilited. We left our personal pillow with pillow case we asked for the pillow case and they said they couldn't find it well if they cleaned the room they would have noticed an extra pillow they probally just kept it. The remote for the tv didn't work and the maid came into the room and woke us up an hour and half before checkout to tell us we had to be out. The pool wasn't open half the time. We will never stay there again and I don't reccommend anyone else to either.

When I got to the Hotel; I was a little concerned about the traffic,noise, but to my suprise, It was VERY Quiet. They do NOT rush you out of the rooms, AND the staff is GREAT! I will def stay at this super 8 again!

The hotel definitely showed signs of recent renovation and was it was more than I needed for a short stay.
