Comfort and service

We enjoy our stays at Comfort Suites Vancouver. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and friendly staff a plus. It is nice to have a complimentary breakfast with great choices. Our grandkids love to join us for what they call "pool time" We usually have to ask for towels for the pool but they are always warm from the dryer. We look forward to our stays in Vancouver. It is close to our doctors, shopping and restaurants.

Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back

During the entire visit, there were high school/college aged children loitering outside of the entry ways and in the hallways. There were visibly intoxicated and under the influence of drugs and were extremely disruptive through the entire night. The hotel staff seemed to know these guests and were also extremely unprofessional while at the hotel desk. The hotel is across the street from a 24/7 adult move/porn shop. There were police cars in the parking lot at all hours including the afternoon on a Wednesday. Didn't feel safe. Rooms were fine and clean.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Wonderful Hotel!

This hotel is the best in the area! Wonderful rooms, good breakfast, nice staff and wonderful pool! It also has very easy access from I-5 to Vancouver or Oregon Area it also by the big mall which is very nice to have! I will return soon!

We stayed here for 5 days last August and it was the nicest hotel I have been in for a long time. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was great. We really liked the fact that we were just across the parking lot from the mall and so close to many food locations!

Vancouver's Best Hotel

Wow! I have never been more satisfied with a hotel ever! The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, belgian waffles, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. A hotel actually serves this without charging anything! Pillow top mattresses, microwaves, refrigerators, and sofa beds in all the rooms. A business center, fitness center, guest laundry, tanning room, free wireless hi-speed internet, and a pool/spa. The service was excellent and the location was right next to I-205 and SR500. My kids especially loved the evening cookies that were fresh every night, as well as the soup. I will never look for another hotel in Vancouver to stay at, as long as this one is around.

Great Hotel!

I was greeted with a friendly staff always. The breakfast was the best I've seen. I travel for business a lot and the wireless, hi-speed internet access was a plus. Great hotel!!
