This Motel has a different Manager every time I go there. What is it with this place? The only person I have seen there and is still there is the lady name Ann. She has always treated us so good and made us feel welcome. We were there this past weekend and the place smelled like smoke in the lobby and hall. The man that checked us in could use a bath, haircut and dental work. Come on Super 8 get some good, nice and clean cut people there.

Rude & annoyed

Well I was really dissapointed with the customer service. The desk clerk was rude all the time and she seemed bothered by everything. The maid service was nonexistant except for when I did not want to be bothered. I will be in Florence, Colorado at least twice a year because I visit an inmate in the Federal Prison which is right next to the hotel basically and I was sure hoping that my experience would have been a good one. I would have returned each time I was in town, but not after the way I was treated. Thank You
