Do not stay here!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/21/09
We stayed here while in town because my husbands sister passed away to add to our grief our car was broken into while in the parking lot early Mother's Day morning. I know is not the hotels fault but my sister-in-law was outside and heard glass breaking she ran inside to tell the front desk person to call the police and he never did!!! An hour and a half after it happened they front desk person finally decided to call our room and let us know. My husband had to go down, check out the damage, see what was stolen and then had to come up to the room to call the police himself! I think that the front desk clerk had somthing to do with it! Wouldn't you call the police if someone was in the parking lot busting out windows and steeling things from cars? Ours wasn't the only one that was broken into that morning either! WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Romantic getaway
By doug, 5/18/09
While getting to the hotel wasn't easy in the beggining, once there it was well worth the stay. My girlfriend absolutely loved the theme room we got. The staff was very friendly and service was top notch. The building and parking lot seemed a bit on the older side but well maintained and we just loved the jet tub in the room. The bed was large and compfy for me which can be tough to find as I am a larger fellow (6'1" and 300 lbs. but was a bit on the soft side for my girlfriend. If you don't mind the initial trouble of finding the hotel, once there it is well worth the money.

This hotel was not worth 120.00 a night
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/30/08
First of all we reserved 10 rooms that were way over priced at 120.00 a night. Hotel was not worth what we paid. I give this hotel maybe a 2. We did not have the new bed. There was a smell through out the hotel. Several people got sick off the breakfast. The General Manager said that this hotel did not offer rooms at a 70.00 or 80.00 rate - when we spoke with other guest that was not so and we checked on Yahoo Travel 70.00 rate. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great value for your $'s
By Marcia, 4/20/08
Great value for the money! Service, room and breakfast were much better than expected! Only complaint - the bathtub could have been cleaner, but it was still cleaner than most other places I've stayed. If in Omaha again, I would definitely stay here. Quick hint - if coming from the east and trying to locate hotel on your GPS...do NOT get on the 6 Express!!

It really was a castle
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/21/07
The staff was wonderful and the beds were the best! The test is that to sit on the bed your feet didn't touch the floor, Beautyreast beds.

Not what we expected
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/4/07
The pool area was very slippery and dangerous for our two small childern. We appreciated getting upgraded to a suite room due to an overbooking of rooms. Our children loved the theme room. However, the room was smokey, even though we had requested a non-smoking room. The front desk button on the phone did not work, and when we attempted to get help at the front desk in the evening, no one was available.

Nice Find!
By Patricia Leahy, 1/3/06
Other than tricky to find, it was wonderful once we arrived. Very clean, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. Pool and whirlpool were great. Next time, we want to try the theme rooms! Great value.

VERY NOISY
By sweetie t, 6/30/05
This was the last hotel we stayed after 10 days of traveling. First the access to the hotel was very poor. Lack of direction where to enter the premises. At least they can put up signs like( ENTER HERE TO THE HOTEL). Then after we enter to check in, The lobby was very noisy and loud. The noise did not stop there. In our room , we were awaken by the door slamming shot very loud. People who accupied the rooms were very inconsiderate. The breakfast room wasn't organize. Coffee wasn't enough. You have to wait until the one is ready. The fruit was rotten, it must be recycled. For the price we paid over a $100.00 dollars a night, we expect for the better.Definitely we are not staying there again.

Great place, great value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/16/05
I liked this place primarily because it was unique. But after arriving in Omaha, I noticed that it was in a great location as well. It is well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the lobby has a bunch of travel items for people like us who were visiting. I'd stay here again, no problem.
