AWFUL MANAGEMENT

Whatever you do, (DON’T STAY HERE) the manager “SK” is one of the most disrespectful, and have no idea of what customer service is. I had plan on staying there 2 days but due to work related issues I only stayed one night. The time was 11:05 and check out is 11:00. The manager wanted to charge me for both nights. Then had the audacity to question me to why I was checking out and then proceeded to tell me that the only reason I was checking out was to do stay at another hotel. Even if that was the case what business is it of his? He then tried to tell me about the check out policy which was NOT posted in plain site. He pulled out this little piece of paper from under the counter about the size of a 3x5 card to show me. After arguing with him for about 20 minutes he finally refunded my money. If you can find somewhere else to stay I recommend you do so.
