Fayetteville Inn and Suites/Fort Bragg, Fayetteville

We have been staying here every year for about 4 years but since they have changed hands it's like a new hotel. Very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and have compeltely changed the place. We will most definetly stay here again next year. The Ray Family from Ct

The hotel was clean, staff courteous, hot water was hot and good location. Stayed two nites and the atmosphere was quiet. The hotel is under renovation but other than an occasional noise you could not tell. I will stay there again on my next visit to the area and would recommend others.

i have to admit i was a little leary about staying here (because i didn't know the name and the price was so cheap) with my 2 children ,parents, and grandmother.we were here for 4 nights visiting my brother returning from iraq.Every person from the man and woman at the front desk ,mantience man,and cleaning ladies were so extremely helpful, curtious, and went way above and beyond to make our stay nice.EVERYTIME we asked for something, it was done IMMEDIATELY with a smile! the previous weekend i stayed at a 5 star hotel in philadelphia area and i wasn't treated half as nice as when i stayed here at fayettville inn and suites.the rooms were very clean, and place was an excellent deal ! i will most definitely return when in fayetteville!i was told that recently they changed owners and they are doing a great job!the entrance was alittle hard to find the first time but definitly worth looking for!

I like the room and cleanliness I did not like the fact that the staff had their family laying in the lobby watching TV and hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking blunts there was no professional feeling when it came to the staff at desk in the lobby they had their kids and their men there. I think they where in the rooms. Other then that I love the location and the rooms where neat and clean. Management needs to step in take care of the staff situation.

The rooms smelled like "old carpet", and the sheets had skid marks and the blanket had cigarette holes. In general, my experience was horrible! The price was cheap, so how can this motel display a sign that reads "Sanitation Score 96%"? I'm never returning to Fayetteville, the people are backward and this motel was the pits. Bob

This place was absolutely horrible. The elevator smelled awful, there was a fist hole in my wall, there was a bag of trash left in my room, the carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks, only 2 pieces of equipment in the finess room, there was a huge mirror propped up against my wall that was a little creepy, a lady in another room warned us to check our sheets....I could go on and on! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine for me. It's close to the hspital and not far from the base. I felt like a was slleping on a new mattress. Also all the linens including the towells were fresh and clean.

I have stayed at Fayetteville Inns & Suites on several different occasions. I find the staff to be personable and friendly. It is perfect because of its private location, yet close to everything. The rooms are comfortable with a roomy appeal. I look forward to my next visit to my hometown and the Fayetteville Inns and Suites. A New Yorker

Recently I stayed at this hotel. The staff was so accomodating, otherwise I would have left the moment I checked in. This place is a DUMP!The carpet is old/and filthy, and full of mold. Paint is chipped off the walls/this place needs to be shut down and remodeled, repaired, and "revived" !!! The only lights on the hotel are the small letters on top of the bldg. not well lit. very hard to find, and see at night !! It needs to be closed down! Shame on this company for running such a molded/dirty/place. They are blessed to have nice staff working there..that's the only thing that is good.
