Execustay at The Lexington at Market Square, Washington

I stayed at a Lexington at Market Square corporate apartment provided by Oakwood and was extremely disappointed by the service I received from the Lexington, and by the provider of the corporate apartment, Oakwood. I arrived on May 24th and noticed several things wrong with the apartment. A shelf in the bathroom was missing, numerous lights were burnt out, a lamp-shade was broken, the air conditioning registers rattled, and it was impossible to open or close the vertical blinds. I forwarded these problems to Oakwood on May 25th, and as of June 13th, only the shelf, light bulb, and lampshade issues were addressed. The most important issue, the vertical blinds, was never taken care of. I am leaving the apartment on June 17th, as I am tired of waiting for Oakwood and the Lexington to DO THERE JOB. I recommend the Lansburgh, across the street from the Lexington, as an alternative. I stayed at the Lansburgh three times in their corporate apartment and was very satisfied with the experience there.
