Plain vanilla motel at a not expensive price. So you save some money and get a clean, adequate room and go somewhere else for breakfast - the provided freebie is just awful. Pleasant staff though.

My family has been to this hotel 4 times. The first time was great, we got a discount on a jacuzzi room. Breakfast was ok. Second time, we got a back room (could see into neighbor's homes). The room was okay, but staff wasn't too nice. Third time, it was the only place left in town open so we had to. Staff wasn't the nicest and breakfast was terrible. Also, vending machines ate our money! This last time was just yesterday. They charged us 4 times for an $80 room! My husband is on the phone now trying to fix it. Apparently, the clerk was going to put us in one room and the manager said not to. Then the clerk found a room the manager okayed and booked it for us. Meanwhile the clerk charged us twice. Later the manager also charged us because he thought the clerk hadn't. Then of course, they charged us again in the morning! This was definitely not worth the time, money or hassle. Next time we go to Tennessee, we'll stay at the Best Western in Franklin or somewhere in Murfreesboro.

The rooms was very clean and the staff was great. There was not must to the breakfast but I am still planning on staying there again.
