Holiday Inn Express Suites Vineland, Vineland

This was our first time at this Holiday Inn Express location. We didn't want to stay in Wildwood. I usually go by the reviews but this one was the only one that didn't totally gross me out. Well, I must say my family experience was great! The front desk staff was wonderful. The lobby and our room were clean, the bathroom was roomy and clean, yes the carpets need to be replaced, but the overall stay was fine. The location is good also, plenty of places to eat and shop, movie theater and bowling alley next door and drive-in movie theater 10 mins. down the road and the mall 1 block over. With all of this you would think the traffic would be horrible, loud and crazy but not at all the movie theater next door is further back from the hotel so you don't hear the car noise. GOOD location! Yes, my family and I would stay here again.

We stay there frequently, usually on a weekly basis. The lobby and dining area is very nice and clean. I have been staying there for about 3 years. I met both managers and they are very nice. The front desk staff is also friendly. The one exception was one of the front desk clerks asked me every week when she checked me in if this was my first stay there. She had been checking me in for @ a year!!!! I also stay in a suite that really is just an oversized room with 2 beds, sofa, table and chairs, microwave and refrig. Still I am happy to have that room. I think that they have a serious problem with housekeeping! No one ever replaces the coffee by your coffe pot or the cups. I have went so far as to leave a note and it was totally ignored. Often not enough towels are left and some need to be discarded because of the condition!!! The tub and sink backs up and I have complained at least 4 times but nothing was done!!!! The beds seem to be clean. The airconditioner is so loud that you have to blast the tv!!! When the air cond. shuts off your tv is blairing!!! I often wondered why walking thru the halls the tv sets were so loud! The hall carpeting is awful. It is wrinkled , buckled and dirty! The room carpeting is filthy. The same juice stain has been there for over a year!! We often laugh about it. I have stayed in about 4 suites and 1 regular room. I have been there for 2 managers and at least 6 or 7 front desk clerks. After checking the area for other options this is about the best bet.

The carpeting is dirty throughout the hotel. The front desk people were not all that friendly. I was a bit grossed out with my brief one night stay here.

The housekeeper steal your things. it was a alright stay it just that i left money on the table and they took it. And also the girl that puts out the food in the morning smells like smoke. who wants that while they are eating.

I stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were so courteous and not only willing to accomidate, but went the extra mile. I especially liked the spaciousness of the room. I tend to be germaphobic, but I was at complete ease in this hotel. I reccomend this hotel highly to anyone and I definately would stay here again. In fact, I am looking forward to it. Also the Manager was the Best!!.

I called to arrange for 40 rooms for a soccer tournament. The internet prices ranged from $68 to $90 per night - the man who answered the phone quoted $199 per night. They told me upfront that they do not reserve blocks of rooms for sports or give any discounts - beware of using their services. They give Holiday Inn a bad name.

This hotel is great. The rooms are nice, clean, everything look so new, the staff is great and everyone make you feel comfortable. We stayed at this hotel because we did not want to stay in Atlantic City. It's not far from AC. We're actually going to stay here again for the Labor Day weekend. Awesome hotel and the continental was delicious. I like the bathroom it's very nice and spacious.
