An okay stay !O'Lita Nahooikaika

I thought it had a pool when I booked it, it did not. I also booked a non-smoking room they reserved a smoking room. We checked in at 3:30 pm,the front desk help was not friendly. Thanks

My company uses this hotel and the one adjacent to it. This is the far superior hotel. I have never had any issues with the cleanliness of the room, the people have always been very kind, and the view over the pond is beautiful in the morning! It is convenient to the highway, as well as several stores and restaurants. It is quiet, and best of all, I can bring my dog to stay with me! I am so impressed that this is now the only hotel chain that I will stay at.
