I love this place I read other reviews and I am not sure why someone said the parking was not free because it is and not only that but I had a meeting the day of check out across the street from the hotel they told me I could keep my car there until I was done even though I would not be back until after check out. The staff is AMAZING I was truly supprised at how great this place is. The beds are great the rooms are of good size. The pool and hot tube are well taken care of. Not to mention the breakfast is incredible. If you are looking for a great place to stay choose this place and they wont let you down. It was funny at 2 am I woke up and was thirsty I called down stairs to see if their little store was open and the lady offered to bring my drink to my room for no extra charge. Now that is service!! Another time I lost my key they told me I can call from hallway phone and they would bring it up to me so that I didnt have to come back down stairs. Just a super nice and friendly staff. I can rave about this place all day I am so impressed there staff is grade A top notch in customer service. I will be back over and over again!!! (oh and by the way they do have free wi fi internet access!!!!!!!)

Came to Portland for a concert at the Rose Garden Arena and to vacation for a week with my mom. The hotel was excellent! Easily found and very comfortable. In addition to the concert, we went downtown to the Saturday Market, to the mall, and to the zoo. Everything was an easy 5 minute drive from the hotel using a navigation system. Breakfast was always good with lots to choose from and some really great restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and directions. The room was clean, quiet and the beds were great! Each bed even came with two types of pillows for firmness. There was always free parking available and the price was comparable. The only thing to make it better would be a small map of places to shop and/or eat that are located around the hotel. An overall excellent hotel and a great experience!

I wasn't expecting a hotel this nice for a Holiday Inn Express. Inside it was well decorated and looked like a high-end place! The hotel staff was the most attentive that I had ever come in contact with. I stay there weekly and appreciate all of the little touches they add to make my stay perfect.

Everything was more than expected -- except for parking. After calling their 1-800 number, they had said parking was free and it WAS NOT! Continental breakfast is served with a better than average spread. Over all, our experience was great.

Close to freeways and major transportation routes. Also has f r e e Internet access, except, one has to bring their own cabling. Dislikes, breakfast could be a bit more comprehensive and maybe Wi-Fi access for Internet.
