Baiyoke Sky Hotel, Phaya Thai Khwaeng

I would consider going back to Bankok just to live at the hotel again. The view from the tower is breathtaking. Me and my sister felt high and mighty by the fact that we didnt have to pay, like others to go see the view from the top, as we had a room there! The breakfast spread was phenomenal, the hotel feels like a mini-city. The only weird part is the bottom floor entrance which gives a bad impression (but this isnt really part of the hotel), but once you're up, its like heaven.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Big mistake. I paid for a Space Zone suite under the guise that I would be treated like a VIP. It didn't happen. The staff is rude and treats you like you are bothering them if you try to get any information. I had to go and find a bellhop to get the bags out of the taxi and then they acted like they didn't want to get them! Then they DOWNGRADED my room and didn't offer any type of compensation. Room service and housekeeping are worthless. I called room service to get coffee and they told me to call housekeeping. I called housekeeping 3 times over a 2 hour span and never got it. It took 2 phone calls over 2 days for them to pick up my laundry! This hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The only plus is that it is in the heart of the shopping district. Great location!!

Room was great as we are upgraded to suite room due to unavailability of double beds. Breakfast spread was shocking as have never seen such a hige spread in my life of travelling... In other words, the trip was perfect...

I love Baiyoke sky hotel. We stayed there for 3 days. Being in the 50th floor the veiw from our room was amazing. I love the rotating rooftop. it really shows the beauty of bangkok at night. The location was good because it's near the shopping area. It was my first time to travel to bangkok and this hotel made our visit very special. Now I have recomended this hotel to other friends who plans to go there for their christmas shopping.

I was there from 24 to 26 oct, honesty i think shanghai Inn is so so much better than this hotel.The service is 3/10 compared to Shanghai Inn 8/10.For food wise u have to purchased a coupon in order for u to enjoy the buffet they have without going to the restaurant to see what they serve or to see if it is worth your money. Toilet wise they only have toilet roll but not facial tissue.I went to their beauty salon to do facial and manicure but notice they only have one beautician and she is in rush to finish the facial and manicure in order for her to serve other customer.

I went to Bangkok and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Apart from the view, the hotel staff and their service is not something I will say is the best. We notice that there was different treatment to hotel guests,I was there with my friend and we notice that they greeted and are more friendly towards the western group. The ground floor bell boy was not that helpful and friendly, after they saw that we were struggling with our luggages through the flights of steps they then offered to extend their help. They didnt even directed us to the lift lobby. It was hard to communicate with the reception due to their lack in English. We didnt even had a chance to go to the revolving deck as it was closed for maintenance. The place is so inconveniently located away from both the BTS and skytrain and also away from all the major shopping mall. But they are located very near to alot of wholesale shopping centre if you intend to buy things in wholesale otherwise theres no point bargaining with them cos they wont entertain u. But the plus point, is the room is big and comfortable, the room is clean and definitely a great view to see whole city of Bangkok. Looking out to their streams of colorful taxis. Do pls note for the first timer that Bangkok shopping places closed as early as 8pm. For me.. will I return to this shopping centre?..it all depends.. 50/50.

my room was at 43th level during my stay at Baiyoke sky hotel and the view from my room is amazing, and the most incredible is the massage service for hotel guest promotion during happy hour is really wallet friendly..:) The only disappointment is that at night around 10.pm, when we were hungry, we couldn't find any local food restaurant nearby the hotel, and at night, the surrounding area is very dark, and those dark alleys make us really uncomfortable to walk around the hotel.

I went and was billeted on this hotel. People are so accomodating and they have a real good buffet food. Very accesible to shopping areas. And a safe place.And clean one. Whenever I go to Bangkok, since I have tried different hotels, I would prefer to have Baiyoke Sky Hotel which you can view everything around the place. I tried the revolving top of this hotel and the air was so cold and cool. And try the tube elevator, gosh! Its unforgetable..I like this hotel so much and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Bangkok. This is the best hotel among every hotel I had.

our first impression , after 7 hrs flight i and my kidz reached tothe hotel @ 0930 pm and very tired , we met the manager without any wellcome words , and was so tough with us only take it or leave it.although we had booking and paid in full from our home . second we totice the staff were not so good in atitude with arab or muslims.although arabs from gulf region spent alot of their money in bangkok. third i paid for breakfast in advance for 8 days for 5 pax but they told me u have a child you should pay for him and only we accept 4 .so i had voucher and during our stay only three times we went although i had coupon for 4 pax and we were only two or three pax still not accepting , i had to pay for the kid. so i left all my coupon which were paid in advace with out any refund .

me and my husband for the first time in bangkok we check hotels which are cheap and at the same time cozy, zluckily we stay in Baiyoke sky , one ofthe most fantastic hotel located in the heart of Bangkok.. with such great panoramic view of the buzzling city..you can feel the speed up development of the best country in asia..the hotel is amazing with staff who are helpful (the only thing is that they have to learn the accent of thier english that most ofthe time hard to understand but overall everything is beautiful.The food is fullofsurprises ,great taste esp thier street foods which amazingly clean ( the sorroundings) i guess they are well mannered ,obeying wonderful people, the shopping are great but alittle bit pricy though.. I highly recommendthe place to everybody esp the baiyoke sky.. promise to be back soon onmy next vacation.
