Holiday Inn Exp Ste Traverse, Williamsburg

great location. clean nice rooms. When checking in we where informed that there where no smoking rooms left even though we reserved smoking rooms. they ended up upgrading one of our three rooms to a suite at no extra charge. when checking out our totals came to about $35 more than what our reservations said and after about 15 minutes of trying to explain things to the not so bright woman behind the desk our rates where adjusted

Room and closet seemed small, but was comfortable. Hotel overall and room specifically was clean/neat. Service was good, hotel staff were available and helpful with requests. Pool and spa were nice but ordinary.

We only stayed one night but had a nice visit to this hotel. Check in was very fast and service was friendly. There was coffee in the lobby which fiance and I needed after our long drive. Pool is a little small but suited our purpose of cooling off. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. We had a room with a king size room with a whirlpool. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that the walls and doors are paper thin. I was woken up twice by people talking in the next room or out in the hallway. It wasn't enough for me to have to call security at the front desk but it was still a nuisance. Bed was very comfortable with 6 pillows! Breakfast in the morning was one of the better continental breakfasts I have had. Cinnamon rolls, small muffins, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee amongst other food items. Everything was good and kept very well stocked by the employees. Check out was very fast. Overall would recommend this hotel and would stay here if I come back to the area.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. They also have a kiosk in the lobby offering info on various points of local interest with maps-some offering printable coupons!
