Nice room and good food!
By ,
Our room was very nice and clean (our non-smoking room did NOT smell smoky YEA!). We were right off the courtyard and enjoyed the view of the plants. Ate at the Cafe, we got some of their Chinese food and it was very good. Hall carpet is in need of a cleaning but everything else was clean. All of the employees we talked to were very helpful. Mike took us to the airport on the shuttle bus and he got us there on time and was very courteous, Thanks! We got a good rate especially using our AARP card. The "Resort Fee" that most charge in addition to the rate was either included or they don't add it on. That saved us from $7.50 to $12.50.

Nice place to stay outside the strip
By ,
We stayed in the newer tower room and loved it. Non smoking and very clean. The food is good at the restaurant and not pricey. The staff was nice except for a couple of waiters. The "soup Nazis" were rude and bossy. We saved a lot of money with the 2 for 1 dinner coupons, comps for points etc. All in all it was a pleasant stay. I would stay in this hotel again.

I could tell you more if I GOT to the room . . .
By ,
I booked this room for out-of-town family who don't have a credit card. I paid online, but there was still the deposit fee of $40, which is usually accepted in cash as long as you have ID at this hotel. I had forgotten about this fee, so my brother called me about it. He had $30, and had driven here from California for my son's first birthday after getting off work. He left and got more money. However, when he came back, all of a sudden the rules had changed. The employee he had previously spoken to was "new" and didn't know what he was talking about. Now a credit card was required. He was completely exhausted, but didn't want me to have to come down and take time away from my son on his party day. So he drove home tired, all because of $10. He had the cash. I offered to pay for the $40 using the same card I booked with over the phone. Nothing on the website states a credit card is required upon check-in. This place risked my brother's life and yours by letting him drive when he was so tired, (and angry from the whole experience).

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
By ,
well i dont know where to begin, as soon as we got there the staff is as rude as hell and the place is just disgustingly filthy as we stand in line at the check out counter for an hour because the manager and his employee's find it more important to stand around and gossip, then we are told that our reservations dont guarantee us a room even though we had been pre-charged for the room, and once in the room it had hair in the bed and hair in the shower and when we wanted to get some ice the ice machine didnt work so we had to go to another floor for ice, our t.v. Didnt work so they sent an engineer to our room at 12:00am to fix it and he couldnt fix it after we ordered a movie we couldnt even see most of it because the screen kept going dark n lite, the next morning we were woke up by a fire alarm rite outside our room and when we called to see if it was an actual alarm they said it was set off by accident or it had a malfunction, when we went to the cafe for breakfast the tables had the paint coming off them all over my wifes shirt, it was by far the worst hotel we had ever stayed in so take my advise dont ever stay at a terribles, tou would be more comfortable in ur car or in the gutter!!!!!!!

Great value, great food
By ,
You can't beat the price of this "locals" casino and hotel. I especially like the cafe upstairs, great value, great price. It is several blocks off the strip, however, that might pose a problem for sightseers.I visited several LV casinos on this last trip, Terribles was the only place I won a jackpot. Skip the strip except for sightseeing, stay downtown or at an off-strip place like Terribles.

first, we were charged an additional 100.00 per room when we checked in! second, the room was dirty! third we were awaken both mornings by screaming in the parking lot outside, then police sirens, and then a officer on a bull horn yelling to someone to stand down. hum lets not forget about the fire alarm going off at 4:15am. i dont recamend it at all

Yecch!!!
By ,
Disgusting buffet. Buffet has leaky roof, and water was dripping onto our plates! Manager (Kevin) didn't care, but said we "should have told him sooner" about the leak! Stay away from this place!!!

Can we go swimming?
By ,
Can't beleive that the pool closes at 8:00pm. It's summer and it's not even dark yet. Most hotels allow you to use the pool until 10:00 - 11:00.
