Brentwood Inn & Suites, Canton

MY husband and I recently apent two nights in the Comfort Inn in CAnton, MS. We had passed through Canton to get some Christmas ahopping done in the square. Though there were other hotels around the Comfort Inn we chose to stay there based on their holiday rate package, whihc included a buggy ride around the square and tickets to see all of the light exhibits, along with a good room rate. The room they gave us was very very clean and everything in it looked new. It not only was spacious, but also had a microwave and big t.v. in room. The hotel was so close to the square and next door was a Western Sizzlin that was very good. We actually walked to the restaurant to save gas! When we got back to the hotel we had a very nice conversation with the front desk clerk and she mentioned to us that the Comfort was under new management. She also told us that the hotel gets booked a lot for all of the shows and flea markets. For the rate, service, and quality of the room I would say that staying at the COMFORT INN in Canton, MS was a fantastic value (which means a lot to me and my husband!) We will definitly be coming back to stay at the COMFORT INN in Canton to do some flea market shopping, he just doesnt know it! I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn for your stay whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. We will be back!

The hotel was dirty, but what can you expect from a country setting. They were remodeling at night when guest were asleep, very noisy. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. But the worst experience were bed mits, my ankle looked like I had a red anklet. Wouldn't stay there again.

We enter the lobby and there is no one to attend us. Finally someone shows up 10 minutes later. He did not know how to use the computer so he took about 30 minutes to check us in. Then we get to the room. The carpet is full of water due to a roof leak. We change rooms and come downstairs and go to the room and their is poop floating in the toilet. We asked for the manager and they said there is no manager here. We had to call the local authorities to get a refund. This was the most horrible stay I have ever had.
