What a dump!!! And the "Managers" are RUDE!!

Made my reservation over 3 weeks in advance on line with microtel.com for a 2 queen non smoking pet friendly room. This was my third stay at this motel. First I was chewed out by Tony on how I made my reservations, it was late and I was with my dog and didn't want any trouble. He put us in a sub standard room not fit for man or animal. Next day I asked the person on duty to move us, he did with no problem. Spend the night in the new room. Next day they kicked us out...said they didn't have a pet friendly room, even tho I had a reservation, repeat customer, travel agent, and had already spent one night in non-pet friendly room.
