Not bad for the price
Amenities were great. Such as microwave, mini-fridge, sofa bed, iron, blow drier in every room. Very spacious indeed. I was able to get a great deal on Expedia for $80 a nite (including tax/service) in late Oct. The breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, danishes, sausages, orange juice, cereal, coffee, bagels, self-made waffles, milk, apple juice, apples) Everything was fresh except the orange juice. The location was pretty safe too. It's next door to a health spa and about 20 minutes away from downtown. Parking was very good. My 2 problems were: customer service and the room wasn't clean. The front desk clerks (the 2 that I saw) looked like they were 18 years old. Very unprofessional but still got the job done. I would hate to rely on them for something important though. The entire bathroom was full of different kinds of hairs. In the shower, sink, floor, you name it. The towels were overly used up. And the bed linens smelled a little sweaty to me. The bed wasn't that comfortable either when you lye on it for a long time. I overheard a man in the hallway complaining to a maid (who knew some-what English) about his room also being dirty. The elevator was very dirty. Besides those things I was happy with my stay. They didn't bother me too much. But I know when you guys read a review you want to know what went wrong, more than what went right.
