From checkin to checkout our experience was great.The front desk was very friendly and helpful in everyway.This was our first trip to Mountain Home,the front desk staff was very knowledgeable regarding the area.They helped with restuarant,entertainment,and site seeing locations.The hotel was very clean and well maintained.Each room had a microwave,refrigerator,coffee maker ,hair dryer,tv and 2 comfortable queen size beds in one of our rooms and 1 king bed in the other.Housekeeping was great,very friendly and accomodating.The rooms were clean and if we needed anything special,they were willing and able to assist.I was able to use the free wi-fi throughout the hotel and by the pool, as we took advantage of the pool and hot tub.They also have a newer gym close to the hotel, that I was able to use on a 24hr.basis.All in all,from the owner,front desk staff to housekeeping, our stay was a wonderful experience.We look forward to our next visit.

We had made reservations for five rooms a MONTH in advance for our family traveling 1800 miles away. We arrived early (9am) and was told nothing was available until later that day. Our family would be in the vicinity but would not return until 6pm that evening. The front desk clerk assured us that would be fine. Upon returning to the hotel (5:30pm), our credit card was charged three times the amount and then the rooms were given away! Here we are 1800 miles from home and no place to stay!

Accomodations were excellant, friendly staff, rooms very clean and comfortable, nice view and continental breakfast was very good.

The place was clean. They have a excellant continental breakfast. The staff was very informative about area events ie restaurant, clubs and stores. Very helpful! The room was extremely comfortable and a reasonable price. The Location of the Hotel was centralized. In the middle of everything but easy to find. had a real good time there.
