Sleep Inn Decatur, Decatur

the hotel was very easy to find, was close to food places (i.e., subway,) the front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and exceeded my expectations, loved the lay-out of the room, felt very safe, we enjoyed the swimming pool and whirlpool, breakfast was accommodating to each of my kids, my youngest son even drew pictures for three of the staff members to show his appreciation, the town map was very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we pass through to see family! keep up the good work! would recommend this hotel to other travelers!

The hotel itself is rather nice. Though majority of the staff could use an attitude improvement. The front desk staff & management is very rude. The rooms were surface clean, but when you looked a little closer they were actually rather filthy. I found hair inside my bed covers & in the "dresser." I had to wait 45 minutes for them to turn the air on in the room. The pool was closed during my entire stay. The continental breakfast is actually really good, though.
