Poor Customer Service

We had reservations for Mardis Gras week. When we arrived we discovered that out room had been given to someone else with the same last name. The owners son did not seem to appreciate that this was a problem. We did get another room thanks to the persistant efforts one employee who made the effort on her own. Management did offer one free night because of the miskake. However, they charged our credit card the full price. They also could not do simple things like giving us a wake up call. All and all a bad experience, not because of the facilities but because of the management. I would not feel confident staying there again.
