Worst Customer Service EVER!
My bathroom wall had yellow stains running down the wall. I asked the first day to have it cleaned. I spoke to a sarcastic front desk person (Johnathon) who never wrote it down. The next afternoon, when we returned, the stains were NOT cleaned, nor was my room. I spoke to a manager (??!!) who was so rude, and so beligerant we wanted to walk out and never come back. When I called the next day to complain to the head manager, this Ja$on Lucero (Yes, he uses a dollar sign for an 'S' in his name) kept asking me my name. I had not wanted to give my name before I spoke to Heather Peralta-General Manager but Ja$on Lucero wouldn't put my call thru. When I finally stated my name he said "There now.. wasn't that easy?" in a very sarcastic tone. I got Heather Peralta on the phone and asked her if she lets her employees speak to the guests that way. She not only didn't respond to my but she hung up on me. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I was never offered an apology for my problems until I called the Microtel customer service line today.
There was one clerk who worked the morning shift each day.. he was nice, kind and I said he should be manager not the man who has a $$$$ in his name.
DAVID, at the front desk was awesome. He would have helped me more but he wasn't a manager. David is bound for better things. This hotel is nothing special and rude rude rude people behind the counter.
I got this room thru Priceline and will be sending a complaint to them as well. Worst treatment I've ever had, EVER! I'd rather have teeth pulled than go here again!
