Sleep Inn and Suites Chesapeake, Chesapeake

wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, great customer service, clean rooms. I was extremely pleased with the service the staff exceeded my expectations.

I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn and Suites before but I will be staying again. The service was great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool and Jacuzzi which is a plus for the fall and winter months, continental hot breakfast (we ain't talking bout just cold cereal and toasts), and free WIFI which means I can bring my laptop and connect to the internet.

I travel a lot for my company and stay at Choice hotels most of the time. I am an elite member due to this. When I arrived at the hotel for my stay the front desk was not friendly. I choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub, however it ended up being closed. I was upset and stated that to the front desk. I knew it wasn't there fault, but felt they should have at least apologized. I was told that a manager would call me back and no one ever did. Also, I had requested a smoking room and got stuck with a non-smoking room. They would not switch me to my original reservation. Finally, when I went to get in bed there were spiders in the bed. I freaked out! That was beyond disgusting. I felt for all of their mistakes and the fact that I was unhappy that I should have been given an apology and a new room. That did not happen, I only got ignored. I will never stay there again. There is a Comfort Suites right down the block that is brand new and looks very nice. I will be staying there next time and suggest you do the same.

When I arrived there was a managr at the desk she was the most friendly and helpful person she showed me the rooms and then I decided what I wanted. while she showed me the hotel she offered history of the hotel. My stay there wa comfortable and she gave me a manager special I was only going to stay one night by the time I checked in I decided to stay two nights the rooms and the pool was very clean the hallways were very quiet and the lobby to. the staff is friendly and breakfast was the great. I made a belguim waffle all by myself. Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone. I called them to see the specials they had for christmas so I can bring my family back

I liked the staff. They were friendly.The continental breakfast was great.my family and I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.The staff was soooo helpful in every aspect of our needs. Would recommend it

Though the location of the hotel was well-suited to our needs, the service and level of cleanliness was very poor. Regular trips to the front desk were made for clean linens, towels, and many other things. Most of the time these things were received only after asking for them repeatedly. The only thing that can be recommended at this hotel is the free continental breakfast.

I have stayed at Sleep Inn's before and they were very dissapionting, but this was a pleasant surprise. The suite was very spacious and clean. My son enjoyed the pool and the staff was very nice.

When I arrived at 11 pm at the parking lot it was a bit dim and weary. When I went to the desk the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have reservations so the gentleman explained all the amenties and gave us a manager special that they were offering. We took the room. I thought the rooms were going to by horrible but they were not the were super clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff in the morning were very help, especially the sales manager that greet us at the breakfast area with a smile and ask us how was our stay. I have travel alot this was the first time a manager was greeting the guest. I would stay here again anytime. So you see never judge it book by its cover!

keep looking..... they can not come around with all that they offer, you have to go to the desk to look for replacement stuff like soaps, coffees...

This hotel is only good for the location. Otherwise its horrible, the room had a musty smokie odor, the sink clogs, staff are rude, parking is unbearable. The hotel says they have wireless internet connection that never has signal and when i complanined i was told to go in the hall. Or you have 2 rent a wire to plug in the wall. It was just a nightmare. I would rather sleep in my car. For the price its not worth it.
