TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Jose Cupertino, San Jose

As with all of the other reviews, I agree that this is a great Marriott property. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the property is well maintained, the laundry room very clean and there are fresh cookies, coffee and fruit available, as well as a mini grocery in the lobby. The only issue I have is that 2 days per week there are no cleaning services for the rooms, i.e. beds not made, no fresh towels, etc. but you are still charged full rate for the room on these days. In addition, and after mentioning this to the front desk staff many times, my coffee, creamer and sugar are rarely stocked and I am having to ask for packets of coffee from the back room and taking creamer and sugar from the lobby or leaving empty packets on the counter as a subtle reminder. Maybe it's a small issue, but when one is staying for an extended stay for business (over 30 days) the expectation is that my studio room should be fully stocked without my needing to request these things once or twice per week.

It was better than my own apartment back home. All the amenities you could possibly need plus a hot tub, wifi and friendly unintrusive staff.

I stayed there just for one night, and I wish I would have stayed longer. If I am ever in the area, I will stay again. Overall, the staff was perfect, the rooms, were clean, and the location...just off the freeway.

We stayed at this property for two weeks and ready to return again for another two weeks. The staff could not be any friendlier than if they were our family. We always feel welcome and like they really enjoy our company. The rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. The staff could not do enough for us and always asked if everything was okay. I am anxious to return and look forward to many more visits. It is also very well located near restaurants and freeways.
