Hampton Inn Prescott, Prescott

I visited this Hampton Inn 4 times now and it feels like a second home. From check in at the front desk to the room cleaning personel, all have been consistantly friendly and professional. Clean, clean, clean too! Bedding is high quality and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen kept meticuliously clean by the staff. The family that runs this Hampton Inn also runs the Holiday Inn next door, either location is a good choice. Two employees assured me that the great service starts with the owners and upper management and flows down to every staff member. They love working there and it shows. Will

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (even when checking in at midnight). The bedding/pillows were so comfortable. This is important when you've been traveling and need to sleep!! I would like a set of the pillows in the king rooms!!! I agree with all the positive comments that others have given. I would also like to mention the small but comfortable outdoor sitting area between the breakfast area and pool...very relaxing in the morning!! Thank you for our pleasant stay.

WE HAVE TRAVELED TO PRESCOTT ABOUT EVERY 3 MONTHS FOR 21/2 YEARS, AND WE HAVE ONLY STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL ONE TIME; AND THAT WAS DUE TO LATE BOOKING ON MY PART. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS ALWAYS COURTEOUS, ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND LARGE EOUNG FOR 5. GREAT POOL, IN RAIN, SNOW,HEAT, MORNING, EVENING IT IS ALWAYS THERE IT REALLY WEARS OUT THE KIDS. THE BREAKFAST IS WONDERFUL, EVERYTHING FROM EGGS TO CEREAL. HAMPTION INN PRESCOTT CANNOT BE BEAT!!! BUT LIKE I SAID BOOK EARLY GREAT THINGS LIKE THIS DON'T LAST LONG!! JENNY C

This was my 3rd Stay at this hotel. The Hotel was Clean and cozy. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. But the Best of all is the beds!! They are wonderfully comfortable. Slept like a Baby. Plan on stayng there again this week.

My husband, kids (4 & 2) and I stay here every year when we visit my grandparents in Chino Valley, AZ. I can't say enough about this hotel...the details, cleanliness, location, room (new beds) and of course the INDOOR pool with fitness center!! Wow, impressive - better than Disney Hotel pool and major SD, CA Resorts. The service is OK, but I think it's due to the small town environment. The staff is friendly, but are not bending over backwards to wipe your...However, if you have a need, they will try to meet it. They kind of just let you be. Overall, FIVE STAR! I have stayed at Resorts in California, Australia and Mexico, and this place is right-up there with them, due to the details and price. I find that when I stay at an expensive resort, I nit pick the facility etc., because of the price, I expect the best. Often, the price and amenities are not always up to par. At this Hotel, my entire family feels satisfied with what were are getting :-)

We loved our stay! The staff was friendly and our room was lovely. We stayed at the hotel for our wedding night and were given a nice gift from the hotel.

This is a very nice place to stay. The lobby is large and appealing. You can watch TV or sit and read there. Tables and chairs are also there to sit with others or play cards, etc. The rooms are large and very clean. The continental breakfast offers a lot of variety, something for everyone. The hotel is near a shopping mall which you can even walk to. There is also a lovely hiking train adjacent to the hotel. We've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Prescott 4 or 5 times and have never been disappointed. Most importantly, it's clean.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn for our 20th anniversary. The staff left us a bottle of champage (ok not real champagne - but it was the thought that counted) with a card, champagne glasses and chocolates. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Our stay was lovely. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn, but was impressed and will be staying there again.
