The carpet, furniture, curtains, and bed spreads are disgustingly dirty. My entire family had a severe allergic reaction to the room. Also, be very careful booking online, as they pre-charge you, making it impossible to change, or cancel your reservation. We chose this hotel for the pool, which was far too frigid to enjoy.

My daughter and I were visiting colleges in the area. The lady at the checkin desk wasn't even standing at the desk; she was busy in the back. The hotel was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was poor -- I believe they were experimenting with a new kind of shower head that particular week -- not a success. Good free breakfast with cold items as well as waffles. Checkout was not as easy as you would expect. No, this hotel did not offer Express Checkout that morning, so I had to checkout at the desk in person. Overall, it was quite a nice, clean, comfortable hotel, but desk service was so-so.

The evening desk staff were wonderful. Helped us in every way possible. The gentleman helping with breakfast was awesome. Very nice man and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, pillow top so that helped. I didn't like the fact that breakfast stopped at 9:30 during the week. When you're on vacation who wants to get up early, 11:00 would be much more convenient, as I saw many people come looking for food around 10:30. The jacuzzi heater was broke and from the sounds of it from the staff not a priority to be fixed. To bad, because this is the reason I picked this place, for the amenities. I'm sure many people pick hotels by their amenities, I know I do. But other than that we had a wonderful time, the rooms are ample sized so you don't feel cramped. Thanks. If I come back to go to the Big E again, which was wonderful, I'll call ahead to see if you fixed that jacuzzi:(

This hotel was lovely, well-appointed, and with a cordial and efficient staff. What I didn't care for was the lack of eating facilities (other than when the very nice restaurant nearby was open) and the quite out of the way location (although that might be just what someone else is looking for!).
