Sheraton Guayaquil Hotel, Guayaquil

We did like this hotel, we stayed before at the Hampton's right on the downtown area, so we decided to try Sheraton this time, rooms pretty clean, everything looks in order and we had a good first impression, what we love the most was the fresh sea food offers on the Menu we tried most of the dishes avail ables and we loved them. Guayaquil now days is beautiful city, we are so glad we went again, and since we feel happy seeing this town and the Malecon 2000 we certainly like to go back and relax with its beautiful gardens and scenery.

I loved everything about it, location is great they have a crosswalk to the mall wich have supermaxi a store where you find everything, good wine, food, clothes so convenient. A nice pool, my only complaint will be the floor in the rooms was dirty I think they can improve on that. Service was excellent, food was okay, great view and they do have a coffe station where you get coffe for free every morning when you are not really ready for breaskfast and coffe maker in the rooms, something the Hilton Colon does not have. Definitely am coming back next year

I have stayed at Four Points Sheraton in Guayaquil eight times and have always received the most outstanding service you could receive, I always recommend thiss to my friends. I will be going back to Guayaquil in Jan 2007 and will stay there again' OUTSTANDING HOTEL Marty New York

So far the best hotel I've been to considering the combination of service, cleanliness, value and even more notorious the attention: personnel is quite friendly, educated and very much respectful of your person and space. Believe me, you will definitely notice a huge difference between the attention you receive in this hotel and the average you've visited.

Everyone was friendly and if a problem cropped up they did everything they could to satisfy me. I'm going back on 7-15 for three weeks this time.

Hotel is not that great service wise. go to Oro Verde downtown on Oct 9th avenue. great food excellent service. get a higher room or suite in the new tower though bec traffic is loud. My complaint is with starwood which manages the online booking for sheraton. they charged me for 2 nites when i had to change plans and stay just one. They are awful to deal with. also the on the ground staff at this sheraton does treats you like a typical indifferent american run chain. the swiss run Oro Verde chain (i have stayed in manta and cuenca too) treat you like a king.
