Holiday Inn Express Suite New Berlin, New Berlin

If you are visiting the area and hope to see the sites don't expect any help from the front desk. The just don't seem to care about anything. There was one girl who was helpful but the rest of the staff could have cared less. the beds were comfy and rooms were clean. but the front desk staff left us feeling abandoned and alone.

I took my 3 nieces to this hotel for a long weekend during spring break so we could explore Milwaukee. The Front Desk was no help as far as information on how to get some place. I asked about directions a couple times and was told they didn’t know how to get there. Two of the places I was trying to get to where 3 blocks away from each other once I found a map and when I had asked the front desk originally they said they had no idea how to get from one place to the other. The room was great and the breakfast bar was awesome just wish the Front desk would have been more helpful as far as ANYTHING. I guess good place to stay if you are just stopping on your way to somewhere else but if you are going to Milwaukee to see the sites I would pick another place or go across to the gas station for direction or help of any kind.
