It was filthy. Bugs, hair and gummy carpet. I'm writing the review now but this was in '08. I hope it has improved. It is a very bad memory. We left and they wouldn't refund our money. We did not even unpack!

I picked this hotel for the price advertised on the sign of $34.99. They charged me $78.00 and the place was horrible. A lot of the rooms had broken windows. The a/c in my room barely worked and there were no control knobs. The clerk said that they had blown it out with water to get rid of the mold. The floor was stained and the room had a funny smell. There was also a lot of individuals wandering around the parking lot at all hours of the night. I got up early and left without checking out the continential breakfast. I truly believe the other reviews on here are plants by the owners.

clean hotel room for great price

we were in joplin for the Base ball tournament to watch our son playing. we found that Best Value Hallmark Inn was having rooms available for less then 45 dollers includes all four of us with a great morning hot buffet breakfast. Room was neat and clean.Swiming pool was very neat and clean. we all enjoy in the afternoon pool and went for a dinner in the restaurent across the street. In the morning went for the Ball game after breakfast and a peaceful night of sleep. every one of my family enjoy. Hotel staff was very good ready to help you with a smile.great hotel for the deep disscounted price.

WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK

this is the extra clean hotel in joplin who are providing much better accomodations then many high priced hotels in joplin.do not waste your hard earn money but you can stay here and spend a quiet peaceful night and enjoy the best hot buffeet breakfast in the morning which they serve with extra smile. We just can not forget all the goodies and frendly staff who are always available to help you.this is our second visit to this property and the first was even more excited and filled with fun. Their glass clean olympic size swimming pool we just can not forget. all these with only 39.95 per room can you believe it????????????????? we reccommond every one this real best value for your money and enjoy your stay no matter you are travelling for fun or bussiness or any other pourpose.
