The rates are reasonable, around $55 for one person. It is located within walking distance of several nice restaurants, some fast food places, a bowling alley, and the Coconuts nightclub, which is the biggest and most exciting club in the high desert. It's a short drive to the mall. It's actually a bit too busy of an area, and yet there are large open spaces to the north and east which are good for long walks. The rooms are comfortable, many with king size beds, new mattresses, and high-speed internet. And they have large TV's with the full range of satellite channels. This motel caters to nice, quiet, low-maintenance people. They do not take reservations. There is a swimming pool, although no spa. For its class, this motel is the best value in the area.
