Hotel was very clean and beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was treated with great respect Dislike- no shuttle service

Were there 3 nights and had to move twice: 1st because the room smelled strongly of cat pee, 2nd because brown liquid was leaking from the ceiling and water containing toilet paper shot up from the mini-bar sink. All 3 rooms smelled. It took me 2 weeks and much correspondence with corporate to only get $80 in coupons to use at other Choice Hotels. All I got from the hotel was a letter of apology and thanking me for the information so that they can improve their level of quality. The staff, except for the manager (who had a really bad attitude), were friendly, but weren't surprised by any of this. It probably happens all the time and will happen to you if you go there. Stay away!

We had a really bad experience at this particular Comfort Suites. We were quoted the price of $87.99 and we advised teh clerk at the front desk we would be staying for three nights. When we received our bill we were charged the quoted price only for just the first day ($87.99) and then charged a different rate of $135.99 for the remaining two nights. Nobody told us at the time we checked in that the rate changes. When I protested during check out (5:15 am) the desk clerk just advised us to talk to the manager in the morning. We have tried several times to contact the manager - left messages with staff and via voice mail to no avail. I have also talked to the desk clerk (via phone) who served us at check in and she was surprised at this "rate change" and did not think it fair. We have tried to talk to the manager several times - leaving voice mail or via his staff - without a returned phone call. At this time we have referred the matter to the corporate office. My sister and I woke up in our hotel room to discover that our beds were both infested with bedbugs. The hotel did nothing to remedy this, and the manager wouldn't even talk to us. We were told that the manager said they were dust mites after the maintenance engineer looked at the room and said "Eww" and told us to leave immediately. They were black bugs that oozed blood when squished, they were not dust mites! They offered to reduce our rate! Can you imagine? Naturally I wouldn't pay for this room at all nor stay another night. We were offered no assistance in finding another hotel and offered no compensation of any kind for the horror or trauma of this experience. They did not seem outraged to discover the situation which leads me to believe that it's not an isolated event. Do not stay in this hotel under any circumstances.

They used to be pretty good, but recently I noticed the front office staff is kinda curt and non-friendly. The prices are also kinda steep. The hotel offers jacuzzi suites as well. But be fore-warned, the corporate discount does not apply to these. Strange! 'cause I do remmeber asking them earlier and they said yes it does. Go figure ... The property is well kept but not plush. Modern amenitites. Good breakfast.

We liked everything!The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, accessable and reasonable. There were lot's of amenities and the service was superb. The staff was very helpful and the daily breakfast was great!
