Ibis London Gatwick Airport, Crawley

Good location, standard room but nicely-kept, the view wasn't fantastic but I had good company so it was worth it! :) I would definitely stay here on my next trip to the Gatwick area.

Clean new hotel. Excellent service. Free shuttle five minutes from Gatwick to the hotel (but you pay to return to the airport---fair enough). Nice bar and restaurant but check out the pub (on your way out turn right for about 100 meters) which has wonderful food and sits in a 16th century manor. The price was also extremely competitive. I had the misfortune to stay at the Gatwick Hilton the next night, which is a ratty, grossly overpriced dive, and this heightened my appreciation of the Ibis.
